The role of International Sales Manager centers around strategically defining relevant target groups in the assigned countries to source potential Professional Partner for our client and ensuring that they are trained and knowledgeable about our clients offerings.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain solid relationships with Professional Partners, built on transparency and trust. Further, the International Sales Manager is expected to lead a team of Client Engagement Managers and drive their performance. This role requires sourcing and generating new leads and ensuring these efforts are accompanied by Marketing initiatives in order to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships in assigned international markets
  • Responding to incoming leads
  • Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing Professional Partners and Clients
  • Traveling internationally to meet new and existing Professional Partners and Clients when applicable
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships in International segments where required
  • Driving and monitoring sales through Professional Partners to meet sales targets
  • Following up on client payments
  • Assisting with any queries, questions, and concerns from Professional Partners and Clients
  • Effectively managing client expectations particularly in situations where applications prove to be problematic, rejected or delayed
  • Liaising closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients updated
  • Gathering feedback from clients and prospects and share feedback with internal teams
  • Ability to generate reports as and when required
  • Heading weekly sales team meetings
  • Supervising and leading a team of Client Engagement Managers, working together to prepare action plans for finding new sales leads effectively
  • Managing and addressing feedback within the team to drive performance
  • Attending and participating in meetings with the Director of Client Relations to address feedback on sales strategy and team performance
  • Undertaking training and development activities for Professional Partners or internal teams when required
  • Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilize and maximize system benefits
  • Keep up to date with any changes or updated to laws and regulatoions
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management

Qualification & Skills:

  • Full English proficiency is required
  • Additional spoken language are a plus
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS-Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming and presentability
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills
  • Previous experience working in diverse organizations
  • Valid driver’s license and car


  • Tertiary qualification in related disciplines OR the equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in sourcing new leads, international sales, and client engagement
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satifaction)
